RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Most problems you may encounter when using our products have simple solutions. Please call us first so we have a chance to resolve any problems you may encounter or to at least give us the opportunity to satisfy your requirements.

In order to better serve you and other customers, feedback is required before we can process any returns.

All returns must have a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. No returns will be accepted without this. Please call customer service at +1 703-378-8818 to get your RMA number.

WITHIN 30 DAYS – 100% refund (less S&H) on products returned within 30 days from receipt providing the unused portion is still in useable condition and no more than 25% of the product has been consumed. If more than 25% has been consumed, then the refund will be prorated.

31 to 60 DAYS – There will be a 20% re-stocking fee for any unused portion.

AFTER 60 DAYS – There is no refund.
